Server logs

When you open a page, our hosting provider ([HOSTING PROVIDER]) receives technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. This is processed to deliver the site securely and stably and to detect abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Logs are kept for a short period set by the host (normally no more than 30 days) and are not combined with other data or used to identify you.

Fonts

The site uses the typefaces Shippori Mincho and EB Garamond, delivered by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC, USA). When your browser loads the fonts, it contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google states that it does not set cookies for this and uses it only to deliver fonts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, attractive presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you prefer not to connect to Google, you may block these requests; the site then displays in your system serif font and remains fully usable.

Email and notification requests

The site contains mailto: links; they open your own email program and send nothing until you send the message. When you email us, for example to be notified about the release of a game, we process your address and message to answer you or send the notification (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not run an automatic mailing list and will not add you to one without your agreement. We delete your data when the matter is closed, or upon request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies and use no local storage that identifies you. Your browser may store the pages in its cache; this is under your control.

External links

Links to the App Store, Google Play or other websites lead to services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply from the moment you open them.

Recipients and transfers

Recipients are limited to our hosting and email providers acting under contract, and Google for fonts. Where data is transferred outside the EU/UK/UAE, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable law (GDPR / UK GDPR, UAE PDPL, CCPA/CPRA, and others) you have the rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UAE, the UAE Data Office). Children

The website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. Our game is designed for ages 4+ and collects no data; parents may contact us at any time with questions.

We update this policy when the website changes. The revision date is shown at the top.
